On Monday, 29-30 January 2024, the Human Resources Division of the Sharia Investment Gallery FEB UIN Jakarta held a Monitoring event with the theme "Resolve Problems to Create Harmony Within the Organization". Monitoring is one of the internal agendas which discusses solving problems using a free expression system and also becomes a forum for complaints that is useful for GIS members both personally (individually) and between divisions.

Monitoring was carried out online via the zoom meeting platform with breakout rooms for two days. Where the first day January 29 2024 is scheduled for the Creative and Design, Public Relations, and Media and Communication Divisions. Next, January 30 2024 is scheduled for the Research and Development, Education and Human Resources Divisions. Each division is divided into two parts, starting with Division Staff and continuing with Division BPH.

Monitoring was opened at 19.30 WIB by each person in charge from the HR division with an introduction. The next event entered the main event, namely the presentation of Evaluation, Obstacles, and also suggestions for being a member of GIS. After the series of events were carried out, the next step was a group photo session with all the participants. Next is the closing session by each person in charge.

With the Monitoring event held on January 29-30 2024, which discussed Evaluation, Obstacles and also suggestions. With this discussion, it is hoped that all GIS FEB 2023/2024 members will be able to solve problems and improve organizational relationships both personally (individually) and between divisions.
