The Student Activity Unit (Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa or UKM) Study Group on Investment (Kelompok Studi Investasi or KSI) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Soegijapranata Catholic University (SCU) organized the Level 1 Capital Market School (Sekolah Pasar Modal or SPM) online on January 26, 2024.
This activity is one of the educational and socialization programs on the Capital Market regularly organized by KSI FEB SCU. On this occasion, KSI collaborated with the Indonesia Stock Exchange and PT Sinarmas Securities to conduct the SPM intended for FEB SCU students.
The purpose of this activity is to provide education on how to invest in the Indonesian Capital Market to FEB SCU students as prospective investors. In this regard, students interested in the capital market can learn specific tricks to address existing trends.
The event featured two speakers from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Phintraco Sekuritas to deliver material on investment. They also provided participants with the opportunity to ask questions about the capital market, read charts, transact in the capital market, and open a stock account.
By participating in this event, it is hoped that students will be able to directly invest and trade in the capital market and become drivers of the nation's economy. [Nabila Sava/KSI FEB SCU]
