On Thursday, December 21 2023, a third meeting was held to discuss the 2024 GIS FEB Working Meeting. This third meeting was the final meeting to discuss the progress of each division and ensure that all the equipment needed on the day of the event was available. This meeting was attended by all GIS FEB administrators for the 2023/2024 period.

The meeting was opened at 19.30 WIB by Karanee Shasmita as the chief organizer of the 2024 GIS FEB Working Meeting. The event continued with the absence of each division.
