On Monday, January 15 2024, an Editing Class event was held. Editing Class is one of the internal agendas of the creative and design division which discusses understanding the basic theory of design concepts and the basic theory of using the Canva application.

The event was opened at 10.45 WIB by Muhammad Syaiful Ridwan as moderator. After that, we went straight to the core of the event, namely the presentation of the material delivered by Mr. Afif Hasan. What was conveyed was related to initial thoughts about how to start a design, then what the purpose of the design was. Followed by an explanation of what Canva software is, what are the advantages and disadvantages of using Canva software, an explanation regarding Canva tools, elements that can be used, interesting concepts that can be used in a design. After explaining these concepts, we start practicing directly because all knowledge, especially the science of design, must be directly practiced in order to know the advantages and disadvantages, and also to find out to what extent the participants can understand the material that has been explained by the presenter. Next, the event is returned to the moderator to close again.

With the editing class event held on January 15 2024 yesterday, which discussed the basic concepts of design, initial thoughts on how to start a design, then what the purpose of the design is, what personal branding is, and whether personal branding is mandatory or not for everyone. Followed by an explanation of what Canva software is, what are the advantages and disadvantages of using Canva software, an explanation regarding Canva tools, elements that can be used, interesting concepts that can be used in creating a design. With this discussion, it is hoped that the editing class participants will be able to understand the substance of all theories regarding the basics of design, and the basics of using Canva software, so that the participants are not confused when they want to create a work, and do not have to bother opening the application in laptop or PC because Canva is very easy to access, both from a laptop or PC or from a cellphone. So they can work anywhere and anytime without relying on a laptop.
