The SCMS 2024 event is held as a concrete form of one of GIS's missions, which is to educate the campus community about the capital market.

On the first day of the Sharia Capital Market School (SPMS) 2024 event, IDX presented material related to the introduction of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and investment basics. In addition to IDX, the event was also enlivened by a speaker from KISI who discussed Fundamental and Technical Analysis.

On Friday, May 17, 2024, the SCMS division held SPMS Day 1 FSH aimed at introducing the basics of investment to students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law.

The event began with the recitation of the holy verses of the Al-Qur'an by Muhammad Sanrino Sitanggang, followed by the singing of the national anthem "Indonesia Raya" led by Dwi Utami. The next event included speeches starting with a speech by the Chairman of SCMW 2024, Ilham Ananda Firdaus, followed by a speech by Muhammad Rahmatullah as the General Chairman of GIS for the 2023/2024 period, and continued with a speech from the Vice President of DEMA FSH UIN Jakarta, Muh Hasyim Anta Maulana. Then there was a speech given by the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Maksum, S.H, MA, MDC, and Dr. Ir. Roikhan Mochamad Aziz, MM as the advisor of GIS FEB UIN Jakarta.

Next was the main event, which was the presentation of material. The first presentation was guided by the moderator Muhammad Rizqi Aditiya, a representative from DEMA of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, who introduced the speaker from KISI, Reza Diofanda RSA., RTA., AWP. The discussion covered the introduction to investment, fundamental analysis, and technical analysis.

The event concluded with a prayer to express gratitude for the smooth running of the SPMS activities, followed by the closing remarks by the MC. Hopefully, the first day of the SPMS will be the first step towards the success of the subsequent SPMS event series.
