On Monday, January 8 2024, an Organizational Management event was held with the theme "Building Organization Members with Full Skills in the Digitalization Era by Optimizing Time Management". Organizational Management is one of the internal agendas which discusses understanding Organizational Management, how to manage time between organizations and lectures, understanding how to find effective solutions at work, knowing the meaning of Leadership, the role of digitalization in organizations, as well as how to improve skills and interpersonal skills. skills. In this Organizational Management, the speaker was the elected Chair of the DEMA Faculty of Economics and Business, namely Muhammad Akram Apria.

The event was opened at 09.00 WIB by Adam Febrian and Farha Zaitun Nisa as Master of Ceremony. The event continued with the reading of the Divine Kalam by Angga Yudistira. The next event, singing the National Anthem of Indonesia Raya by all participants. The next event, the first speech was delivered by the Chief Executive, namely Nur Asmaini. The second speech was delivered by the General Chairperson of GIS FEB UIN Jakarta, namely, Muhammad Rahmatullah.

What is conveyed is information about our roles as organizational actors in an organization and knowing our inner potential. Increasing human resources in an organization is the same as increasing the potential of the organization. The material presented is very interesting and informative and is delivered in a fun way so that the audience does not feel bored. Next was a question and answer session guided by Muhammad Nouval Dwi Prasetyo. This question and answer session is an open discussion which can be attended by all participants present. Next, the chairman of the Sharia Investment Gallery, namely Muhammad Rahmatullah, handed over the certificate to the presenters. Followed by the presentation of the certificate to the moderator, namely Muhammad Nouval Dwi Prasetyo, by the chief executive of organizational management, Nur Asmaini.
