The 2024 SCMS event was held as A concrete form of one of GIS's missions is to educate the campus community regarding capital markets.

At the Sharia Capital Market Week 2024 Opening ceremony seminar, the Executive Director of the Capital Market Professional Certification Institute (LSPPM) presented material related to the introduction of certification and licensing in the capital market industry.

On Friday, May 31 2024, SCMW 2024 Event division held an Opening Ceremony which aims to symbolically open the entire series of Sharia Capital Market Week 2024 activities as well as introduce certification and licenses related to career prospects in the capital markets industry.

This event began with the reading of the holy verses from the Al-Qur'an by Amirul Ardy Brillian, then continued with the singing of the national anthem "Indonesia Raya" led by Desti Nur Ananda, then containing remarks starting with the speech of the Chief Executive of SCMW 2024, namely Ilham Ananda. Firdaus, followed by remarks by Muhammad Rahmatullah as General Chair of GIS for the 2023/2024 period, and continued by remarks from the deputy dean of 3 FEB UIN Jakarta, namely Dr Asyari Hasan, S.Hi, M.Ag CM, and Dr. Ir. Roikhan Mochamad Aziz, , MM as supervisor of GIS FEB UIN Jakarta.

Next, the main event is the presentation of the material. The presentation of the material was guided by moderator Fajri Ananda as deputy chairman of Sharia Capital Market Week who guided the speakers from LSPPM, namely Mr. Haryajid Ramelan MM, CSA, CFP, RFC, CPRM, CRP, RIFA, CIB, CDMP, CTA, CPIA with a discussion of the importance certification and licensing in the capital markets industry.

The event ended with the reading of a prayer to express gratitude because the Opening Ceremony activity ran smoothly and was closed by the MC. Hopefully the Opening Ceremony activity will be the first step in the success of the entire series of SCMW 2024 events.
