On Tuesday, January 23 2024, an inaugural meeting was held with the Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator of the Sharia Capital Market Week 2024 Division. This meeting is a routine event that will be held once a month before the big SCMW meeting. This meeting discusses the Grand Program of GIS FEB UIN Jakarta, namely Sharia Capital Market Week (SCMW) 2024 which will be held from May to August 2024. The purpose of holding this initial meeting is as an initial introduction to each division member regarding their job desk, Secretariat SOPs , and Treasury SOPs so that there is an overview of the series of events for Sharia Capital Market Week 2024.

The meeting was opened at 13.00 WIB by Ilham Ananda Firdaus as Chief Executive. The event continued with an introduction to each division's job desk, Secretarial SOP, and Treasury SOP as well as questions and answers. Next, the meeting was returned to Ilham Ananda Firdaus to be concluded and closed. Next, the final session was a group photo session.

With the first meeting held with the Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator of the Sharia Capital Market Week 2024 Division on January 23 2024, which discussed the introduction of job desks for each division, Secretarial SOPs and Treasury SOPs. With this discussion, it is hoped that the coordinators and deputy division coordinators can better understand what the job desk is. So that the SCMW 2024 event can run smoothly and successfully.
