On Monday, December 11 2023, an inaugural meeting was held to discuss the 2024 GIS FEB Work Meeting. This inaugural meeting is a mandatory activity held before the event to discuss the division of division members and job desks. This meeting was attended by all GIS FEB administrators for the 2023/2024 period.

The meeting was opened at 19.30 WIB by Karanee Shasmita as the chief organizer of the 2024 GIS FEB Working Meeting. The event continued with the absence of each division. Next, a brief explanation of the description of the Work Meeting activities. Next, division of division members along with their job desks. There are five divisions, namely the events division, public relations division, equipment division, PDD division, and consumption division. Next, a question and answer session opened. Next, a group photo was taken and at the same time the meeting was closed by the chief executive.

With the inaugural meeting of the GIS FEB 2023/2024 Working Meeting held on December 11 2023 yesterday. Hopefully this can provide a clear picture to each administrator or division regarding the technical aspects of the event.
