On Sunday, 26 May 2024, a comparative study was held between the Capital Market Study Group, Faculty of Economics and Business, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (KSPM FEB UNTIRTA) and the Capital Market Student Club of the University of Indonesia (CMSC UI) online via zoom meeting at 09.00 WIB s /d 11.45 WIB which was attended by 85 participants from a total of each organization.
The activity began with remarks by the CMSC UI Trustees & KSPM FEB UNTIRTA Trustees, followed by remarks from the President of CMSC UI and the President of KSPM FEB UNTIRTA. Then the Vice President gave a profile presentation between CMSC UI and KSPM FEB UNTIRTA, as well as representatives of the CMSC UI management and KSPM FEB UNTIRTA sharing best practices where both of them shared several results of activities and achievements that had been achieved.
The next session is a discussion of each division via zoom breakout room with a maximum time limit of 25 minutes. During the discussion, each administrator explained all the work programs at KSPM FEB UNTIRTA and at CMSC UI so that they could learn more about the management structure and could also share the differences between the two. After that, a question and answer sharing session was held with the theme "Challenges and Opportunities in Managing Organizations in the Capital Markets Sector, Strategies for Increasing the Effectiveness of Activities and Work Programs, Collaboration that Can Be Done Between CMSC UI and KSPM FEB UNTIRTA". Followed by a quiz game session and ending with 5 winners with prize distribution and winner documentation.
The activity ended with a closing statement by the President of CMSC UI by Aldino Neezar and the President of KSPM FEB UNTIRTA by Muhammad Ariq Rahman followed by giving certificates to the President of CMSC UI and the President of KSPM FEB UNTIRTA. And documentation for all participants in the KSPM FEB UNTIRTA X CMSC UI comparative study activity.
With the aim of being a barometer or comparison between study groups with various challenges, strategies and opportunities that exist in managing capital market organizations, namely by increasing the effectiveness of activities and work programs as well as holding collaboration between CSMC UI and KSPM UNTIRTA both in the short and long term in the future. will come.
From this comparative study activity, it is hoped that the activity participants who take part will benefit the Capital Market Study Group of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University with the Capital Market Student Club of the University of Indonesia to learn and develop so that it will be much better in the future to find updates that can be applied to short-term projects and long term in the future.
