Denpasar, March 1 2024 – Nganjuk College of Economics (STIE) has held the "STIE Goes to Company 2024" program with the aim of broadening students' insights in the fields of investment and capital markets. This program takes students to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Bali to deepen their understanding of investment mechanisms and the rapidly developing capital market.
During the visit which took place on [date], dozens of STIE Nganjuk students were invited to take part in an intensive learning session at BEI Bali. They are given an in-depth understanding of the basic concepts of investment, the stock trading process, and the role of the capital market in the national economy.
According to the Chair of STIE Nganjuk, Dr. Indrian Supheni, this program aims to provide students with practical experience in applying the theory learned in class to the real world. "We believe that direct experience in the field can provide deeper insight and prepare students for future challenges," said Dr. Indri.
The students enthusiastically participated in each learning session and interacted directly with capital market practitioners and experts. They have the opportunity to ask questions directly about various aspects of investment, including risks and appropriate strategies for investing in the capital market.
One of the students, Vika Sintya Milasari, expressed her appreciation for this opportunity. "This visit gave us a better understanding of how the capital market operates and how we can use it to plan smart investments," said Vika.
The visit to BEI Bali in the "STIE Goes to Company 2024" program is expected to make a positive contribution in forming students' mindset and analytical thinking skills. With a deeper understanding of investment and capital markets, it is hoped that STIE Nganjuk students can become a young generation who are ready to face the dynamics of the global economy. It is hoped that similar programs can continue to be held to provide valuable experience to students in preparing for their future professional careers.
