On July 5 2024, UCMC held a Mid-Term Meeting (PLENO 1) with the discussion of "Per-Division Accountability Reports and Reshuffle Plans". Submission and discussion of accountability reports per division regarding work projects that have been implemented or not yet implemented, job desks and obstacles faced during mid-term tenure as well as related to evaluation of staff per division. During the discussion regarding accountability reports per division, staff performance per division was also discussed and following up on the reshuffle plan. Next, there is a discussion regarding plans for future work programs. This discussion is related to the estimated place and date for implementation and preparation of work programs
